The Coastal Skills Study, jointly funded by East LIndsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council,was commissioned to provide  further understanding of the challenges of teh labour market on Lincolnshire's east coast.

The resulting evidence base and analysis of issues and opportunities will help partners, interested in tackling the challenges, to identify a range of options in terms of employment and skills investmetn, adding value to people, employment adn business development.
