One of the key success factors for the Board is to build a high quality intelligence platform to enable employer views to be articulated.  We are working with Lincolnshire County Council and the Lincolnshire Research Observatory, as well as existing employer groups to ensure we have up to date, relevant intelligence that can be used to influence and shape skills provision in future.
