The Board is committed to building clear and strong working relationships with existing partnerships and structures at regional, county and local level to improve the penetration and performance of publicly-funded employment and skills programmes

We are building upon existing employer networks and linking with other groups to draw in the widest possible participation by the employer/employee community

We are working with the private, public and third sector, and with each locality and community in Lincolnshire and Rutland, to produce a cohesive picture based on relevant and up-to-date information.

The Board operated on a voluntary basis with support for project management currently funded through emda’s Single Programme budget to March 2011.

Project Management has been funded by Lincolnshire County Council since April 2011.

Our partners have included Business Link East Midlands, East Midlands Development Agency, Learning and Skills Council and following changes to regional and national organisations are currently:
